I've been receiving these notifications all morning. Is there an outage I should know about?

"No mobile data service.  Temporarily turned off by your carrier for sim 1 "

A CS agent did something to resolve the issue on their end. Thank you for the links as they got me in touch with the right people.

I didn't get that message I jsut can't connect to data in certain areas of my city idk why

Thank you, but I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, not an iPhone.

To reset network settings on an iPhone, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

I have restarted my phone a few times now. I'm not sure how or where to check my network settings or my account status.  Sorry.

hi @CAustin reboot the phone and reset network settings 

check MY account for account status
