Cannot send Videos

I’m using an iPhone and had no problems sending videos before. But today, I cannot send any and I am able to receive videos. I’m also able to send pictures, just not videos. I also tested sending videos to an android phone and it doesn’t work either.

On Android in order to send MMS, DATA has to be on and to use native SMS/MMS app.

Make sure you have Mobile data turned on

and Reset network settings

On Android, you might need to update the APN for MMS to work:
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms

you were sending via iMessage? 

try Reset Network settings
