Hi, I have been trying so many times to login my account to reactive it. However, I am no longer able to login my account. Would you please advise whether it has been closed. My public mobile number is xxxxxxxxxxxx.

So it if was deactivated @dust2dust then OP should not have received a 611 text. Well, I guess if they are suspended they would not receive the text either. 🙂
@Siu porting your public mobile number from here to another provider also causes your account to close here, so you would no longer have access to your My Account any longer.

Please remove your phone number from public forum.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try force refresh.
If nothing works and you still have service, contact agent to update your password.

When did you last pay? I tried to get the status of that number and it didn't give me anything useful. Maybe it has deactivated. If you don't pay for 120 days then it fully deactivates.
