No items available in rewards catalog

I have 19 points but when going to redeem them theres NOTHING in the catalog!!! This is getting ridiculous

I have no problems viewing all the items available regardless of the point balance I have, I was just browsing the catalog myself today when reviewing my personal points balance.

I don't know if this is helpful...but maybe you only see the catalogue items available for your 19 Points.

Others on the Points program will have better intel.
