did you check if you already used up the data?  Check My Account 

Also, on your device, click Reset All networks

and make sure you didn't have any data limiter enabled

@Farrokhw  Is today your renewal day ? Dose your service work but account says suspended ? If so you can ignore this error message . If you haven’t any service then please 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
