Hello!

I've bought a new brand mobile phone one plus nord 2t and faced that there is no internet connections. Every thing works properly but it doesn't. 

If somebody knows what the settings must be installed ,,.? 😕

If the adjusting the apn settings don't work, you will need to contact customer service agent to fix your issue.  Either via the following link:

With OnePlus, there might be a bit more work to make data and MMS work. Many confirmed that you need to delete the current APN profile first.  Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensitive and do not add extra spaces.  Remember to save the new APN and then reboot the phone before you try

would be APN problem, try Reset All Networks
