No incoming calls or text

I activated this PM SiM Card on October 20th and ported my no. from Petro Canada mobile.  Up to now I cannot receive incoming calls or text messages but I can make calls and the no. registers correctly on the receivers caller ID.  I tried taking the SIM Card out back in again and still deosn't work.   Please help.

Your port is stuck and you will need to contact the moderators for assistance.  You can try using your old provider sim as it could still be active until the port is complete.  Response time from mods is currently 48+ hours
