No email access

Hi,

I have a phone # and a password.... however I don't have a clue what my email address is that I used to create my public mobile account.  There is no way that I can figure it out.  If I click "forget email", it just tries to send me an email -- which does no good as I don't have access to it.  How can I log into my public mobile.  I need to update my credit card info -- I suppose that they'll eventually just cancel my account and then I can sign up a new one (as I don't care about the actual tel#)...

 

Any advice as to how to figure out what email address they have on file for me would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @WillemReijers 

Create a ticket to a CS Agent and they can help you deal with this. Your idea about just letting it go and just signing up as a new customer isn't bad of an idea as long as you don't have a lot of referrals and also if you had a really good plan you'd want to keep. Take a look at the plans now and see what's out there and see if there is something better.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
