new member here. I moved to PM yesterday and have no data working since that. Tried all troubleshooting tips from the community, and contacted the support three times and got no response.
i know the low cost suggests self service, but no customer support irks me! I will self serve but get my data working PB

what make is your cellphone ? Make certain data is enabled in settings.
Customer Support is actively putting out fires with the new 50% offers so it could take a day or 2 to get back to you.

@Shine21 Usually with in 1-2 hours but since yesterday there’s been abnormally long wait times due to messy roll out of new activations yesterday plans unfortunately
