Hello
I have 1 gig data (500mb+500mb) , my phone and messaging work but my data doesn't seem to be connecting, I am thinking my sim card might need to be reset / changed , any ideas?
Thanks

It seemed APN was the issue , after setting the proper values and parameters the problem was solved .
Thank you all , you guys are great .

@Penholder If calls and texts work then there is nothing wrong with yout sim card so there is no need yo change it. If data is not working it's one of two things:
1. You used up your data allotment
2. Phone settings issue. Check apn.

If you are using LG phone, you need to do network reset after changing provider before you data working again. Restart phone after network reset to setup the APN.

Check your account to make sure it's not all used up. It should list it and what's left in the plans and add ons

Did you turn on data? What phone you are using? You may need reset APN here:

Make sure you have the correct APN settings.

When you log into your self serve account - is an amount listed under data and add-ons ?
