Hello I have 1 gig data (500mb+500mb) , my phone and messaging work but my data doesn't seem to be connecting, I am thinking my sim card might need to be reset / changed , any ideas?Thanks

You also need to Turn On your extended absence when prompted . Hope this works.

It seemed APN was the issue , after setting the proper values and parameters the problem was solved .Thank you all , you guys are great .
