How come I can't use any mobile data while on a voice call ? Is this normal or how can I fix this. I'm in Canada (Vancouver), with 5G service.
I've reset the phone, reinstalled the sim, still the same.

The rep did a network reset on their end and seems to be working now.....

It's not specific to any phone. Data while on a call requires at least a 3G network. All Public Mobile's networks allow data while on calls.

voice call will only cut mobile data only if it is using 2G. There is no 2G network for PM. So, it must be a device issue

I have the Motorola stylus 5g ..
On 5g during calls, then data isnt a thing... Did all the reset options and nada...zip...

what phone do you have?
you should be able to use data and voice at the same time
Try reboot phone and Reset network settings. And confirm if your phone stays on 3G or 4G or LTE or 5G when not in a call
