I couldn't update my new debit card and couldn't renew my payment last week (13th) and found out a few days ago I couldn't get text messages or calls made by Androids (call by them says my number doesn't exists) but iPhones text messages still works, just not Androids as I own a iPhone. I've tried using my iPad, and then my laptop to make sure its not the gadget that's causing the issue, nope. Once wasn't accepting my new address in a new city, but after a bit of effort half the day, it accepted (address decided to show on the drop down). So not being able to update my card and address (finally got the address to work). My bank was updated with my address also before all these issues happened (I'm waiting for my credit card replacement in 2 weeks and had it ordered before the issues). I have done everything in my power, but Public Mobile seems to keep changing causing issues to some people.

Not working now, I am waiting for a reply from another area after my problem was replied, and I'll get a voucher (never used one before), thank you for informing me the places to get one and I work at one of the Loblaw's stores 🙂 I can get one right after work tomorrow. Hard to circuit date if one of the guys owns a Android (1 guy, he is waiting for the payment fix and not depend on messenger for communicating and can't use data)

if issue persists or you cannot afford to wait any longer to try, get a voucher and have the plan renewed first. Get it from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/CanTire and load the voucher by calling *611 on your phone or call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, or via My Account/PM app if you can login the account
