I havent been able to call or receive phone call for 3 days. When people try to call me, they go straight to my voicemaill or when I call it seems that there are nos services.

I’ve verified airplane mode, do mot disturb and restart the phone. I have an IPhone X and I’ve used public mobile for more than 4 years. 2 years with the IPhone.

phone call work on the 3G but very badly.

@felixsav3 - you've posted a couple days ago with same issue. Still no improvement? Can you confirm your My Account status is showing ACTIVE, or call 611 to check.

At this point, I'd submit a ticket to CSA to see if there are issues in your area/towers and see what they say.

To see if cell towers around you have changed (unlikely but you never know). Calls go through the 3G network, so try to locate 3G towers around your area.

Does texting work?   both in and out?

 

How about your data?

 

If so, try these fixes:

 

  • ensure airplane mode is not enabled
  • ensure do not disturb is not enabled
  • ensure the number calling you is not on a blocked senders list
  • disable any call-forwarding features/settings
  • turn off Bluetooth -- it's possible the 'ringing' is going through to a Bluetooth device instead of device's speakers
  • remove and reinsert your SIM card
  • reset network connections
