Does PM have a webpage reporting live status network status? (or should we look to telus for that?)
@Safeway - Public Mobile does not have a live webpage to report outages or issues with services.
What you see is what you get HERE on the Community.
Sometimes, Public Mobile representatives may chirp in and produce an Announcement about about such things, but normally customers will ask about issues and other members will suggest troubleshooting or find outages to share.
You could post on the Telus outage page about your issue? Um, thought maybe you should be able to do that.
