  •  Hi there. I’m contacting you again because I haven’t heard anything as yet. I signed up yesterday and I have no service. The account says subscription expired. The agent that contacted me said they ended up charging my card again. They said they will need to make a new account. That hasn’t been done. I am unable to work and unable to get into business accounts because the verification is on this number. This is urgent for me. Please can I get some assistance. The ticket was :676953-487

Pre authorized payments sometimes does fail unfortunately.  

Since you loaded up funds, is your account status active presently or suspended? 

If active and your phone is not work, maybe try a reboot of your phone. 

If suspended still and you have available funds, you may need to contact customer service agent. 

Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:

If that does not work,
