I have the same issue, I can't do any outgoing and can't receive incoming calls. No mobile data either. Someone message me pls, I moved yesterday and paid the subscription plan, money was already deducted from my banking account. I need someone to fix this. ASAP PLS

Same happened to me, account got suspended and I lost all access to my phone and data

You will need to contact customer servicee agent to set up your account properly. It may take a few hours for CSA to respond.
Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:

P.S. I will try to create your own post to get better visibility and I will try to escalate your issue with CSA_PM. However, not sure if this service is working on weekends.
