I also try deleting esim and bought a new one still not able to receive calls.

more info would be nice. Did you recently activate your new Public Mobile account successfully ? Did you attempt to port your old number to your new PM acct or did you take a new number ? Did you reply YES to the sms you rec'd about the port request ?
