Hi, I recently transferred my Public Mobile eSIM from my iPhone 13 Pro to new iPhone 15 Pro Max. It has been 2 days and I still have no service. I cannot receive/send texts and make/take calls on both phones. My new phone sees that I am on Public Mobile network but says no service. I have tried all of trouble shooting chat bot advised me and still same issue. I even deleted my eSIM and had to purchase one again but issue still wasn't fixed. Now I am stuck without service on both phones. Please help me resolve this.

hi @dzhezzar
reboot phone once more and see
if same, a quick way is to buy another new eSIM and usually it will work. You can ask support to reimburse the total cost of the couple eSIMs
or if you like support to look into it, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit by direct message:

hi @dzhezzar there is no eSIM transfer from one phone to another
did you get a replacement esim?
you need to download PM app on the new phone, then login. and go to Account page and Buy Sim card and choose esim
It is supposed to be free cut the system might still charge you $5. Pay first and ask for money back after
Once bought new eSIM, make sure it is set Turn on this line and set as Primary

Yes, I explained it in my post.

Unfortunately you can’t transfer an eSIM from one phone to another. You need to purchase a new eSIM by download the PM app on the iPhone 15 and login to your account.
If you are still having issues then contact a CS_Agent to help.

I did that too, but I was only reimbursed the first time, it didn’t work and I even tried again but still no luck. It shows that I am on Public Mobile, but I have no service.
