No Service since afternoon of July 13

My wife and I both have PM phones, and neither of us has service today. Our friend, so a third phone is not working either. We all live in Port Rowan.

It could be local temporary outage not big enough to be officially listed as outage.

Did you check with other mobile user from other providers?

@Al15   there is no known outage according to Telus outage map

However, I don't think they update that promptly enough

 

Please open a ticket with PM Support so they are aware of the issue in the area and can action accordingly:

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
