Hello, I cannot log into my account on web or mobile ap, I get the error
Unauthorized access / Accès non autorisé.
My phone now says no service, not connecting to the network. I cant login to pay my bill or use my phone.
Please help what do i do?

you dno't need to pay ahead for one year, but in the next 12 months, you need to buy vouchers and ask agent to load it for you. You can buy one voucher every month
It is not good, but try to show them the proof that it is a credit card problem and hope they can take it easier. Let us know how it turns out. hope you can get a good one at the end

@pistolpete_1981 no not pay a full year ahead of time but every 30 days so couple days before your renewal day load on the voucher . You bit them at shoppers 7-11 shell gas or re charge .com . Just set phone for reminder every time after loading one on that you have to again for the following renewal

yes, from the error you got, I can tell it was due to the charge back
PM is a prepaid provider. Some people will just enjoy a month of service and charge back. To avoid that, PM will suspend the account immediately and that account will have to use voucher to pay for 12 months before able to use credit card for autopay again
Please submit ticket with PM agent and have them to sort it out

did you by any chance make a charge back on your credit card for the PM charge?
