Hello, My phone has no service again! I just topped up my phone a week or so ago using a prepaid card. Can someone help me please. I need my phone tomorrow for business!

Hello, I cannot log into my account on web or mobile ap, I get the errorUnauthorized access / Accès non autorisé.My phone now says no service, not connecting to the network. I cant login to pay my bill or use my phone. Please help what do i do?Thanks
