No SMS after transferring account

I can send or receive sms messages. Toggled messages on and off. Updated software. Rebooted. No luck so it’s something on Public Mobile’s side. How do I contact support? And not via a method which requires verification via sms!!!

can you make outbound calls? and receiving inbound calls?

if text is the only issue, we have seen situations that it needs PM support agent to refresh the account to make it work.  So, you will need to message support using this link

Hello

If you've just transferred your account to public mobile, have you confirmed your other providers sim card is no longer active? Are you able to make and take calls? Is data working? What phone are you using? And finally, if porting from another service provider, sometimes a network reset on your phone then rebooting can help.
