I recently purchased a pre-owned phone which was supposed to come with a SIM card. The phone arrived very quickly but there is no SIM card with it. Will it come separately? If so how much later will it arrive? It's supposed to be my son's Christmas gift.

Sorry, was off to the kid's sports. First time in the public Community too so not sure how it all works.
I have sent an emails to a CS agent. Hoping I hear back quickly. Thanks for your help.

if OP had to spend another $10 to get a sim card, my suggestion was to request CSA credit their account for the additional $10...(maybe more for pain and suffering ?) 😎

Really @hairbag1 is that how they resolve it? They credit your balance? Boy I would be pi$$ed off if that is the resolution, and then have to spend another $10? And am sure a lot of us here would feel that way.

Contact agent asap through ticketing system as SIM should be part of the package.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

For those Telus or Koodo stores mentioned, only corporate stores. Click on the Find a store link down below to see if one is near you. Then call ahead. If you get one then get support to credit whatever account for the cost of the sim as it should have been included.

Sim card should come with phone.

if you need one fast for activation , buy it yourself at Telus or Koodo store first
But ou can also contact CS agent for the missing sim but it could be 2 or 3 weeks for it to come
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
