Hi @2299 no problem. If you want ticket to agent, please send them here ( again , there is no real reason to opt out of the new rewards, you cannot get to the old system by opt out)

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

If you joined PM after 2022 Jan. then you have points and no way to go to $ rewards. If that is so, you have to wait to collect 15 points you can convert to $ to pay bill, purchase add-ons, etc.

@2299 hi first remove your personal account info,you are on a public forum for all to see ,are you on old or new points? if you jioned after jan of this year then you are on new rewards,you can't switch to old

hi @2299 you can opt out to the Public Point system, but once you opted out, you won't be collecting any rewards at all
There is no more cash taken off like the old rewards system now. On your new rewards system, collect 15 points and redeem for $15 bill credit
