A lot of us on the WestCoast have zero data. Call and text fine. Is this the upgrades?. Not sure it says internet will be down. Compensation coming?

@Westcoast123 - Also did you know that Telus Towers (Basically all of them) are getting upgraded to 5G Standalone, so you could have some bad service interruptions on the network, if it is only you and your people who are with the Telus Family (Koodo Mobile, Public Mobile) are experiencing the same issues, it most likely is the upgrade. If it only is you that is experiencing the issue, please send a message to CS_Agent from the links @Sansan provided. For outages in your area, click the link @pmbc provided.

Where abouts are you on the west coast? You could check here to see if it's actually a service outage, but that sounds like a bit of an odd answer. Usually maintenance is not multi days unless it was a large fibre cut or natural disaster.

Posted the other day I've had little to no data. Still experiencing the same issues. Been to a telus retail outlet. They reset everything and still nothing. I've been told it's a network issue due to the maintenance. Please fix this public mobile it's been days!. Not happy!

@Westcoast123 try changing the different network mode from automatic, try 3G only, try 4G and 5G

Reset phone etc. Other people having issues on Van Island. Just have to ride it out. I can get.7mbs speed occasionally now from 250

@Westcoast123 we didn't see many report outage in the west and there is nothing showing on Telus Service Status site either
Maybe just a local network issue. which city you are at??

did you try reboot phone and Reset All Networks on the phone??

It is fine in East Van but remember there is a schedule maintenance tonight.
