I've just signed up, and whilst incoming and outgoing calls are working my data is not. It _says_ it's connected to 3G, but I'm not able to do anything with data. When I look at my APN settings, I only have personal hotspot options, the other two sections are missing.
Details: unlocked iPhone SE, latest ios (10.1.1 as of this post)

I am having the same issue with an Iphone 5. I only have options for personal hotspot under my Cellular Data. Any solutions would be great.

As stated, I don't see all of the APN options, only the "Personal Hotspot" APN section (which replaces the "Internet Tethering" option from the screenshots from that post).
The problem is that I don't seem to have access to the APN settings, despite my phone being unlocked, and my being on the Public Mobile network.

Try these instructions made by @Val_T:
1. Insert your Public Mobile SIM card into your unlocked iPhone.
2. Tap “Settings”
3. Tap “Cellular”
4. Tap “Cellular Data Network”
5. Change your APN values to match the table below:
*Only update the fields that are circled. Leave every other field empty
