I have absolutely no access to my public mobile data since mid April since I switched to a new android phone (the phone calling still works). I would request to speak to a live agent asap to sort it out.

Live chat is available to some customers. However, if can't be requested but rather something that may be offered by Public Mobile on a case by case basis. To me, this sounds to be a device issue rather than some thing that a customer support agent would be able to help with.

@CHAN2 What kind of Android phone is that? Brand and model?
It likely an APN issue, but could also be device related , especially since you have a new device.
