Made 2 short phone calls……now I get a voice message I have zero minutes cannot complete call….paid for unlimited minutes…….and cannot log in to your platform…

@Wildhog Maybe try rebooting the and are you putting a 1 in-front of the contact your calling ?
you can also contact support using the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen . If that doesn’t work you can use this direct link also
