hey there , I signed up last night with a physical SIM card , I didn’t receive a sms from bell , I can’t login please help

@craigtaylor123 it is because the porting was not done.  Let's help to get the porting completed first and the Account login would work

There is a number to call to talk to live support to get the porting status, they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
