hey there , I signed up last night with a physical SIM card , I didn’t receive a sms from bell , I can’t login please help

Hello,I switch to public mobile from Bell last night and I don't think the port went through. I can't make phone calls or use data. Would there be a number for me to call and fix this issue? Thanks!Craig
