New user looking to get my refer a friend credit.

Hi I recently just joined public mobile but the referring a friend tab wasn't working properly and I wans't able to add my friends phone number so we can get this promotion

Did you already sign up for an account? If you contact the Moderator team directly with a private message they should be able to help you. There are two accounts required, self-serve which is tied to your phone number and how you make changes or check the status. Explain to them your situation.
