Thanks - All resolved. Took about 28 hours and a little nudge to Bell Mobility but number now ported over and calls incoming and outgoing fine.

It will take up to 2 days to port a mobile number and up to 7 days to port a landline or VoIP number.
Which provider are you porting your number from?
Number porting is a 2 stage process:
Stage 1. PM set up your old number on your PM account already so that you can call out and use data.
Stage 2. Now, you are waiting for your old provider to release you number to PM. Not until your old provider release your number, all the incoming calls and texts will continue to go to your old provider.

Did you port (transfer) your phone# from another provider ?
It can take 2 hours for a mobile number and 3 business days for a landline.

@sandymcd hi you must be porting a number if so that is why, after 4 hours its possible your port is stuck where are you porting from? if it is much longer contact a moderator here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Have powered off, removed and reinserted SIM card, checked APN settings, not sure what else to do.
