I’m trying to sign up for the 50% promo for my daughter on her email. Two issues
1) on the app in getting the 6 digit 2FA code but when I enter it, it says invalid. Tried multiple times
2) when I sign up on my desktop, and I get to the checkout page. It shows me the 50% discount that I have to pay now. But then it says that the monthly charges are the ful price
anyone else experiencing these?

once again, Public Mobile has fouled up the roll-out of the new offer. You can use this link to dm Customer Support for their help activating the new account but I'm sure there's MANY similar complaints...so good luck...

That goes back to my first issue then. I’ve downloaded the app but the code I’m getting keeps saying invalid

@timng0 You can’t activate on website you need to download the app to activate try that first if you have been charged and no service just
