Hi all

I've subscribed to the flash promo of $40 and 50% off. Although when signing up it said -20$ for the promo but still charged me the full price of 40$ + tax. Customer service is not being helpful of adjusting my account to the promo and refunding me the difference. 

My account currently states the 40$ plan with no discount. 

 

Any ideas?

as said, you will see a $20 credit and it will be used for next month to bring the renewal payment down

the credit should be there within 72 hours

Hi after back and forth for a while, he adjusted my account for the next billing cycle. Just seeking clarification on the over paid amount, they state there's no refunds. Ill see if they will just credit my account the difference. Ill update when I know

Same thing happened to me. I signed up for the 50% discount for 2 yrs and though showed -$20 I was charged full amount. Still waiting for reply to my ticket on this

yes, I checked again.  PM had a $55 plan with $20 credit couple years ago.  Basically you paid full price first and get a $20 credit.  then next month you will be charged "full price" - $20 , and then get another $20 credit and so on

I was charged the full price but have a $20 credit in my account and $0 due next month. I would have preferred not to be charged so early.

the entire roll-out of the 50% Off Promo has been somewhat....messy. Many new customers reporting same and similar issue as you. I'm confident that they'll make you whole soon. Make sure to let Customer Support know you signed up for the promo but it hasn't been activated with the promo...they will eventually fix it for you and others.

Next billing cycle is stating 40$ + tax. Support agent is not being helpful. Asked to escalate twice with no escalation. This issue seems just a computer glitch. There asking for screen shot of when I signed up with the promo. Which I don't have, within my account it doesn't state the promo at all. I just don't understand why there being so difficult with this issue. I guess this will just be a fyi. I'm a new customer that signed up today.

so, you are working with PM agent already?

in this community, we are only customers so we cannot help more.  So, please continue working with PM agent to get it resolved, or you can ask support agent for escalation

What does it say for your estimated upcoming payment? Do you have a credit?
