I ama new subscriber and setting up account. At the point have entered sim card # which is valid and then says LINK SIM. I push this button butnothing happens. I plan to port rogers # during activation. How do I link sim.

Making new account. Entered sim # says fine. I am using the app to start the process but when I press button to link sim it does nothing. I still have my rogers sim in my phone during set up process

were you using the app to subscribe? you go to the last step about finalizing subsciption?
did you test your sim in a phone and see if it connects?
if it really not connecting and you cannot do much with the app to fix it, ask PM agent to help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent by direct message:
