I'm happy to finally be registered and my service is now seemingly active. However, after the activation process, I checked my banking app and it appears my credit card was charged multiple times. How do I get the erroneous charges reversed?
Also, I got a referral code from a friend but I don't see anywhere if it applied at all.

The charges are actual debits. I see them on my banking app as distinct charges that all went through.

Are all the charges actual debits or are some just pre-authorized debits without an actual deduction of funds?
As for the referral bonus, it usually takes 72 hours to see the bonus applied to your account.
