New sim not activating

I bought my daughter a new SIM for her iphone 12. As I was registering it, it let me get to the select number screen and then had an error. Now it won't let me do anything. Just a loop of login- verification code- logout. Any suggestions to get her phone working with PM? We have 3 other phones on PM and this is the 1st issue we have had.

@Tni ok as long as your using the app and it's not working you need ti engage PM for further assistance.

Yes new activation with a new email address.

@Tni  so is the a brand new activation that your doing through the Public Mobile App? 

Did you create a new email and account for her? This is needed as each accounts are separate.

it was not a sim problem but the activation.  Talk to PM.  Just open ticket using the Orange Chatbot icon on bottom right of the page. You can start the question Submit ticket and choose Contact Us and you will get to ticket form open page
