I help my newcomer friend to register his new SIM card. Everything went well and success registration but when we try to call his cell

number it says the number you dialled is not in service. Please I need help. Thanks

Is his phone unlocked?

have you tried putting friends sim in your phone to see if it works on your phone ?

Possibly an account provision issue.  He would need to contact customer service agent to fix account.

Not all phones are compatible with PM service. If it is a relatively new model and North american mode, it should work with Public mobile.

Did your friend port over a number from another mobile company? or choose a new phone number?

What about calling outing, text and data?  

Which model phone? 

Maybe try restarting the phone.
