New sim card activation failed but yet charged to my visa account

Hi,

I am annoyed because when I tried to activate my sim card, I was told that it could not process my visa card and when I try to access my account it is said "accound desactivated".

But the amount was charged on my card. What could I do? The phone number is 581-xxx-xxxx.
