Hello,
I purchased a new sim card online with this email: ***@**..
The date of the purchase is 02 Jan 2024, and I still have not received my sim card. I have paid for the plan, but now it has been a month since the purchase, and I have not received the sim card.

You should have received within 10 business days. You will need to contact customer service agent.
If you need service sooner, you could attempt to purchase a physical SIM card at a Telus or Koodo corporate store, Keep the receipt and CSA should be able to reimburse you.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
