@Jaydrizzle, when you contact the moderator team, you are going to need to provide a lot more information than this.  You need to identify the account (account number and PIN) and provide the information from the other carrier that you would otherwise need to enter yourself to do the port.  If you dribble information to the moderators a bit at a time, the interaction will take forever to complete.  Try to submit all the information in a single private message.

Sounds like something went wrong with your port.  You need to contact the Moderator Team for assistance.

Porting your old number to a Sim is avaiable through your self serve account.

Are you trying to port your phone number over to Public Mobile?

If so, you can do it yourself.  Log in to selfserve, and click on "change my number".  There will be an option to port over.

What do you need help with? Porting can be done in self serve by yourself in almost every case. Tagging the moderators probably wont help you, you want to send them a private message.

When interacting with the moderator team, it is important to identify yourself with account PIN code, phone number / account number and provide as much information about the problem in question as possible so that the moderator team can work on the issue without having to ask for further information.  Each interaction causes further delays to problem resolution.

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Saturday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT). It typically should be within 48 hours.
