I paid my monthly account for the 3G plan on Sept 24, 2023 but then on October 5, 2023 I bought the new plan 4G (add on). There is an over payment for partial month I had paid on Sept, 24, 2023. Will there be a credit to my account?
you used "Change Now" option? PM will start the new plan if that is the button you pressed. With the old cycle, there is no partial refund since PM is prepaid carrier
No, there will be no refund for the original amount. Public Mobile is prepaid and offers no pro-rated refunds for any service that you don’t use. In this case as your plan already renewed, you should have scheduled the plan change to happen on your next renewal. That way you wouldn’t have lost money on the service you already paid for.
