Hello Everyone,
My new phone number won't update in my phone settings --About Phone --Phone Number and --SIM Status.....
Along with places I need to get a one time code they send it to an old phone number.
What can I do to get my new phone number recognized everywhere??
I tried restarting my phone and I tried to remove my SIM card but that doesn't work.
Please help!

It doesn't work it says that the number is already associated with another EverSafe ID

No I don't.
I just got this new number today because I was tired of people trying to call for the old owner of the number I had but I had the same problem with that number as well which was that it never updated in my phone information and SIM information.

Do you have another PM or Telus account that use this phone number to receive 2FA? The EverSafe system only allows one phone number to link with one PM or Telus account

I tried to do that on the Eversafe ID and it's saying that the phone number is already associated with an EverSafe ID account.
So I don't know what to do from here? I think I saw an option to contact them so I guess that's the next step huh? 🤷🏻

Hello @ Newhoneybuns,
You will need to access the community account in My Settings-Personal-Account Information and verify if the phone number is correct. Then, on the same page, go to Manage Ever Safe ID, check here as well if the phone number is correct, if not, update it. Then log off, log in again, and check once more if you receive the code.

On the phone, you just need to Reset Network Settings
For login, On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
After you logged in, go to Profile, Manage EverSafe id and upded the phone number
