New phone number not working

I changed my number today as I moved provinces. I've waited over 2 hours, and now my new phone number and my old phone number aren't working. My phone still detects my number as the old number. I tried a different phone, and also old number.

I changed my number again as directed by customer service. This was 2 days ago. Still not working.

 

Now I can't seem to accessy my "Plans and add-ons" tab in the self service page either. I can log in, buy clicking on that tab gives me an error.

Try calling the new number you were given. 

If it rings to someone else, perhaps it was assigned to someone else and provided to you in error.

IF this is the case, go back and change your number again. (fyi, you are allowed to change your number 4 times per 30 days)

curious, usually how quick Change Number request will complete,  assuming no system issue.. almost instant ??

do rebooting your phone take your SIM card out and waiting for a 2 minute and put it back and turn on -This one is quick and simple.

 

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
