I changed my number today as I moved provinces. I've waited over 2 hours, and now my new phone number and my old phone number aren't working. My phone still detects my number as the old number. I tried a different phone, and also old number.
I changed my number again as directed by customer service. This was 2 days ago. Still not working. Now I can't seem to accessy my "Plans and add-ons" tab in the self service page either. I can log in, buy clicking on that tab gives me an error.
