New number, can't call

Hello, it's my third day from activation of new number. Still can't call and receive them. Only texts and data.

All the steps recommended by both didn't help.

Tried to dial *#*#86583#*#* but nothing. First day, I submitted a ticket, no answer.

Which model phone are you using?  It might not be VOLTE compatible with the Public mobile network.  

Telus is refarming the 850 Mhz 3G to LTE.

If you submitted a ticket. Click on your avatar then to Messages for a reply from a CS_Agent. They normally get back to you within the hour but up to 4 hours if they are very busy.
