Known issue with customers who recently traveled outside Canada. Try to reboot your phone. If that does not work, then customer service agent help is needed.
PM is aware of the issue and is working on the fix, but it will take several weeks/months to correct

Some subscribers have the same problem calling 1800 numbers. Seems like the only way to fix the problem is to ask PM to reset account on the system . Please submit ticket
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
