its been way less than 90 days, and when i login on computer click on account, it does not show options, it tells me to download app. after downloading app and login it wants me to make new account. i have an account already i want continue, but logging in will not let me restore account, any ideas?? thanks

If it's been under 90 days and you can't log in, reach out to a CS Agent to reset things for you. An option for now if you wanted to get your account up faster is to go to Shoppers Drug Mart or such and pick up a voucher and dial 611 on your phone and add it to your account.
