Based on forum posts this is a very common thing. Too bad I didn't read that and the fact you only get an endless robot reply before they took my credit card and money. New esim will not activate, I have checked phone is clean, I have reset networks (made zero difference and now need to reset up all my wifi passwords grrr...). I have no phone, supposedly SOS. Can anyone help? I have already tried to contact support and guess what??? They are having technical difficulties and experiencing delays. Again, would have been awesome to know before they took my phone service away and my payment. HELP!

CS agent just sent me new QR code and guess what....same error message as the last one. 24 hours now without a phone. Maybe this is just not going to work and I need to bale out now?

Did you get a welcome email from Public mobile with a QR code for the eSIM?
If not, then you will need to private message Customer service agent as mentioned.

@Louise2000 You need to message support and ask the to re provision the sim for you .
